I have decided, at this time, to change the "weekly challenge" to every other week, until entries pick up. Even though you can always go back and post on any of the weekly challenges, I'd love to see more "current" entries...myself included ;) ....and perhaps giving us 2 weeks will give us more time to post our creations. Also, please, remember, I'm not looking for exact replicas of the photograph, please, post whatever the photograph has inspired you to create. This is the photograph I have posted for this weeks' inspiration picture of the week over at "Inspiration All Around Us"

This was not my first pick, though, I do love this photograph. I took it last year of this humming bird attracking beauty hanging on my porch at our old house in Lincoln City, Oregon. This weeks photo was to be one or both of my lighted lawn deers in the snow, however, the photographs did not turn out as I'd hoped. I will try again and I may end up posting two pictures for this week. However, if that does not happen, hope you enjoy this one.

I have created a new blog, "Inspiration All Around Us"! I was inspired by Karin Jurick's blog, "Different Strokes by Different Folks". I came across her blog a week or so ago and I absolutely love to view the paintings posted by all the different artists...what a beautiful idea! A great idea that spurred the idea for my newest blog.
